SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing/order fulfillment. Orders received after 3pm (AST) will be processed the following day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on quantity and product weight. We will use Canada Post when available and other shipping alternatives when required, (but will not affect shipping rates). Products will ship locally 1-5 business days for standard shipping rates. Free delivery is available within the Sackville (NB), Memramcook, & Dorchester areas.

Return & Exchange Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of shipping from the shop. Shipping rates associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must not be damaged, must not be written in (cards), and must be of good quality to receive a full refund. Refunds will be provided to the original method of payment.

Exchanges are not available.
